Order Processing

Because our products vary, processing times may differ slightly depending on the item ordered. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. After processing, most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to customers worldwide where shipping services are available.

International delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–30 business days or longer depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected for your order.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before your purchase is completed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier to locate the shipment.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim when applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee recovery of the package. Any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
